LG's Worship!

While we were off last Friday for a snow day I was fixing lunch and Lili-Grace asked if she could play some worship. Well she turned on Eddie James-You are Jehovah. I had my camera nearby and peeped around the corner and this is what I caught. She doesn't realize I am videoing her until the end. Then she discreetly starts clapping like nothing is going on. Sorry it is sideways still figuring out my new camera that I got in Nov :( May have to turn up the volume. Don't you wish everyone at church let go and worshiped like this. She may have some of her momma's moves. LOL
Have a great Friday!!!!

LG reciting my favorite Bible Verse

Every week Lili-Grace has a new Bible verse to memorize at school.
I captured my favorite on video. Unfortunately I didn't have my camera so my phone had to do.
She is reciting "Obey your parents in the Lord for this is right".
:) love it!

Wedding at Wynlakes

John was asked to officiate a wedding for a young man that we knew back when we were in the youth group at Kennedy. Kelli and Darrell had a beautiful wedding at Wynlakes Country Club in Montgomery and John and I had a great weekend together.

We were so honored to be a part of such a special day.

Christmas

Here are a few pictures from Christmas.

We were able to spend Christmas Eve with my parents. Christmas morning at home and Christmas night with John's family.

We were so blessed this year and thankful for family and friends.

Newest Addition to the Family

So John and I are not pet people. I know, I know it's terrible but we just never were into getting a pet. However, our daughter is an animal lover and how can you say no to her? Well we did for a while but really what 3-year-old doesn't need some kind of companion. SOOOOO one Saturday Lili-Grace and I had went to the Jr. League Breakfast with Santa and on the way back saw a yard sale (which is one of my weaknesses) and stopped and they were giving away kittens. So yes in a moment of weakness I took the kitten home. Lili-Grace promptly named her Bella and I have to say she is a good kitty. She lets Lili-Grace carry her around like a baby, she always uses her litter box and so far she hasn't tore anything up. She does live in the closed in back porch for now but she seems to like it. Lili-Grace loves her. And that's all that matters.

Catching Up

So much has happened I don't think I can catch everything up. But here are the highlights:

I started a new job, Lili-Grace is 3 1/2 and is taking gymnastics and becoming such a young lady, John and I have been at Happy Top Rd COG working in the ministry there for about a year and a half. God has blessed us aboundantly this year and I cannot thank HIM enough. Here are a few recent pictures. Enjoy!
